The Mono Mayhem Tunic Dress from City Chic is the perfect answer! It’s fun, interesting, easy to wear and has LOTS of room AKA Pockets!
The top of the dress is fitted with an open sleeve with a pintuck. Black waist detail brings the eye to the smallest of the waist and the draping cut on the bottom gives movement and a unique detail. And who doesn’t love pockets?! They’re roomy and don’t have to worry if my cell phone looks bulky while stored there.
Black and white prints are easy to play up with a punch of color. Even though there is a sewn in belt detail you can add a thicker belt in a contrasting color like red, teal, neon or chain belt. The print has much detail and I would choose clean lines as a guide for accessories. Flats were my choice for the day as I was walking all over this day but this tunic can be worn with heels or boots, dressed up or down and for colder weather just add leggings and you’re set!
Measurements: 48 – 45 – 55 Height: 5’0
I’m wearing size 18W and it was a bit tight on my upper torso. I would recommend the 20W instead. Keep in mind I’m tiny and even though this length worked on my short torso it will be much shorter if you’re taller. This design is a tunic and looks like a dress on me.
